I'd be delighted to assist you with assigning classes to your receipts, @fandsinvestment

 

When reviewing the receipts, you'll want to make sure you have clicked the Optional fields dropdown to see the Class section. Here's a screenshot for your visual reference:

 

If the issue persists, let's refresh the data of your QBO mobile app to remove the older cache that causes this odd behavior. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

 

I'd also suggest uninstalling and reinstalling your QBO mobile app to start in a fresh state if the problem continues.
