The latest trend in SAAS software is to introduce improved features that don't deliver what they promise and break how people are actually getting value out of their software.  They get big enough that they live in their own world and don't understand how their customers actually do business.

The invoice we had worked fine.  The upgrade invoice that we did not change started generating customer complaints because the line item details between the subtotal and total disappeared.  In what world would an invoice do that?  Now after to chats and a phone call and 2 hours......trying to fix what I didn't break......I am still on hold.  I am paying $200 a month for the help them fix their software and constantly retrain my employees.
