You can contact our support team to receive an email update on the investigation and be added to the list of affected users. Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
- Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
- Open the Search tab, and select Contact Us.
- Pick Using QuickBooks or Ask about something else.
- If you chose the latter, input a brief explanation of your concern in the provided field.
- Click Continue.
- Choose the Chat or Callback option.
