@Just_me Yes, we've come to the same realization as well. Quickbooks views our feedback of "WE CAN'T USE YOUR PRODUCT ANYMORE" as arbitrary and insists that somehow making the software unusable is "streamlining."

 

Since apparently Quickbooks/Intuit has yet to publicly acknowledge that they've left their paying customers with an unusable product, maybe they'll respond when the media reports on it. Fortunately our local Bay Area station covers Palo Alto where Intuit is headquartered, so maybe their report on how Intuit has alienated customers like us Intuit will actually take action besides empty platitudes.

 

If anything, maybe Oracle/Netsuites or Sage will make a point of letting Quickbooks' customers' know that they can address our needs with a usable product before Intuit does.
