I want to inform you that you're on the correct report preferences. The reason why you're unable to see the Save customization button is that it's in the new enhanced experience.
If you want to share the A/R Aging Summary Report, you can email it to other users of your account. All you need to do is add it to the Management reports list and send it from there. Follow these steps for complete guidelines:
- Go back to the Custom reports menu, then click Action drop-down list.
- Select Add to Management reports.
- Enter a name and click Add.
- Go to the Management reports section.
- Click the Action drop-down list, then choose Send.
- Enter the email address you want to send the report with and select Send email.
