Thank you, Michigan, for bringing this to our attention. I'm here to share some insight about the PO section to invoice in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
To begin with, we don't have information on why the option to add a Purchase Order (PO) section in the invoices was removed, as only the product developers have access to that information. If you need to create POs, you can sign in to QuickBooks using your mobile browser or web interface.
I understand that having the ability to create POs on the mobile app would be helpful. You can send this as a suggestion from your QBO company so our engineers will be aware that you would like to have that option. Here's how:
- Go to the overflow menu on the upper right of any screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Send Feedback.
