Buy nowI am having the same issue the last few months and did not have time to fiddle with it during tax season. I thought it was my 2021 version coming to an end and Intuit just not fixing it. But I just installed 2024 (desktop) and the same problem exists. The other reports such as the Liability Accruals & Payments work just fine in Excel, the ONLY one that doesn't is the Client Ready Reports. I use that report for all of my 40+ payroll clients!! The extra funny (not funny) thing is that on my other computer where I've been running QB 2023, with the same 2013 Excel, my reports work just fine and always have. I need these reports to work. It can't be my system or versions of programs since all the other reports work just fine......
