I appreciate you for returning to this thread and providing an update about your concern, @DJaxn. Let me impart a few details about this.

Currently, the feature to convert estimates to purchase orders in the new layout is unavailable. For now, I suggest manually creating purchase ordersAdditionally, starting from May 6, 2024, QuickBooks has transitioned all users to the new invoice and estimate interface, and it'll not be possible to revert to the old layout.

To learn more about the new estimates and invoice layout, check this article: See what's new with estimates and invoices

I understand the importance of converting estimates to purchase orders in QuickBooks Online (QBO). While this option is unavailable, I recommend submitting a feature request directly to our Developers so they might consider this suggestion to improve your experience with the program.

Here's how:

  1. Locate the Help option.
  2. Under Profile, choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  4. Hit the Next button.

Moreover, check this article to help you personalize and add specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts

Feel free to leave a comment below, @DJaxn, if you have any other concerns about converting an estimate to a purchase order or anything else about QuickBooks. I'm here to help you in any way I can.
