Allow me to join this conversation to help you view the downloaded attachments.

 

The Attachments list screen shows all the documents you've uploaded to QuickBooks Online. You'll know that the attachment hasn't been linked to a transaction yet if it has no number under the LINKS column. Let me show you how:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Lists, choose Attachments.
