I can see how advantageous it is to incorporate credit card processing fees on invoices, Christian. Let's send this suggestion to our product engineers so they can consider adding this in future updates.

 

Due to the varying regulations on credit card surcharges across different states, the feature to automatically include processing fees in an invoice is currently unavailable. However, our product engineers continuously seek to fulfill our customer's needs, and your input is vital in deciding which features will be incorporated in upcoming updates. To send feedback, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
  2. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  3. Click Next to submit.

 

Meanwhile, you have the option to include a credit card processing fee in your invoices by setting up a service item and adding it manually. Another option is to explore third-party apps that can be integrated with QuickBooks to help you complete your task.
