This absolutely needs to be incorporated into QBO. As an electrical contracting business in my area. Out total net profit goal is around 6%. Most people pay by credit card, so almost half of my entire years' profit goes to credit card processing fees. Just about everyone I do business with has a "cc fee charge" on their payment systems, why can't Intuit incorporate one? 
I may literally need to migrate away from QBO over this small thing!!
