We appreciate all you've done, ypoulos. We want to ensure this matter is addressed quickly so you can show the service date column when creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Recently, we've been receiving similar cases where users like you aren't seeing the Service date column when creating invoices, even after customizing the form.

In keeping with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can gather more details and come up with a fix. Additionally, you will be included in the list of affected users and receive regular updates on the progress. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Select a topic in the What can we help you with? page.
  5. Choose a way to connect (Have us call you or Chat with us).

Once fixed, you can check out this article to guide you in receiving invoice payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be here in the Community in case you have other concerns about managing invoices and sales transactions in QBO. Please don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a good one.
