As per checking in my resources, QBO Plus and Advanced users will be able to move into the new interface starting May 6, 2024. Once the transition is complete, users won't be able to switch back to the previous format. By the end of May, all users will be using the new invoicing experience that is designed to boost productivity and simplify the user workflow.
That said, the option to revert to the old layout is no longer available. If you want to use the previous invoice experience, let's send a request about adding a tool that the user can easily switch from the new layout to the old layout and value your suggestions as a necessary role in determining the features that are important to our customers in making product enhancements.
