I suggest trying the troubleshooting steps recommended by RogelioL and DivinaMercy_N  to resolve the issue. These steps include enabling the service date feature in the Accounts and settings and verifying that the date field is included in the template settings.

  1. Log in to your account and click on the Help (?) icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Go to the Search tab and click on the Contact Us button to provide a brief description of your issue in the field provided.
  3. You will be presented with a few options for contacting customer support.
