I have been contacting QB support regarding this same issue for weeks now. The answer is, "the icon will become available when you're eligible." That's an insufficient answer for any business. I continue to log complaints on every link I see regarding this issue as it was the same answer offered to me again this morning after having the account for 6 weeks now.
