@IrizA  RE: Enabling the Price Rules with the New layout is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

So then, why is Intuit forcing everyone to use the new layout that breaks invoicing for everyone that uses price rules?  It's amazing, really, the lack of any apparent thinking that goes on at Intuit.
