@jenop2and all QB employees - "I also understand that repeatedly closing pop-up windows and ads can be inconvenient..."   HA!!!  "inconvenient" does not describe the frustration and ill will you are creating by not listening to paying clients.  Advertise the heck out of a free version, but when you have a paying customer, you should respect that relationship and quit putting unnecessary and irritating reminders of your company.  We know who you are.  We know how to get support if needed.  We know how to request additional services if we need them.  You do not have to keep reminding us.  All it really does is pi$$ off your paying customer base.

 

Wouldn't it be much nicer for you to read things like "well done" and "good job", rather than all the negativity your company creates by doing this?
