I recognize the importance of using the Tab key to move through the fields easily when creating an invoice. With that said, I'd like to take this opportunity to address the issue. 

 

Upon checking our system, the investigation (INV-104271) associated with this issue has been resolved. Since you've encountered a similar problem, I recommend contacting our support team. This way, they can create a ticket to re-open the previous investigation. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter INV-104271 in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

To make sure you receive timely assistance from our support team, please take a moment to review their support hours

 

In the meantime, I suggest manually clicking each correct line to add specific information when recording invoices.
