@JLQPCGG yes, their honest answer would be "We here at Intuit hear your complaints, but we want to force this software change that we spent millions on anyway because admitting that it breaks our product would hurt our egos. So, you can either pay our premium process for a product that no longer works for your needs, or you can cancel Quickbooks altogether and switch to cheaper software that actually works."

And that is why we are switching.
