I'm grateful for your prompt reply. Allow me to clarify things so you can get things back on track, Zeldy.

 

Yes, you're correct. If you void an invoice it will be based on the creation date. Like if you create the invoice on 31/12/2023 the voided date will be the same.

 

Although it's possible to alter the date, it's not recommended if the tax has already been filed, as this will affect your financial reports for the previous fiscal year.
