Beforehand, may I ask if you're referring to the columns when generating an expense transaction? If so, this is not an option in QBO. We can move items by row but not by columns.

However, if you mean rearranging your columns from your Expense report, this is available to the Modern View experience. If you're currently on the Classic view, I recommend switching to the new one by selecting the Try Modern View button.

To proceed with this task, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Navigate to the Reports menu and click Reports.
3. Find or enter your report on the Find report by name search bar.
4. Click the Try Modern View button. If you don't see this option, you're already on the modern experience.
   
   

    

5. Choose the displayed name or amount of the data to show its transactions. Then, select Columns.
6. Hit the Reorder tab and then click and drag the column to move it accordingly.
   
   

    

7. Once done, press X.
