I recognize the importance of showing the memo field when paying bills, ZhannaD.
The memo section on the pay bills page is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend sending your product suggestion about this feature to our developers. Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then hit Next to submit.
