Upon reviewing our records, I haven't found similar issues of users having difficulties opening or loading large checks, journals, or bills that have over 100 line items. 

 

The issue you're experiencing may be specific to your account or system. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to address it. To start, please log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito window to prevent browser extensions from interfering and ensure that browsing history isn't saved in the cache. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Doing so can often resolve temporary problems that can affect the performance of QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, switch to another supported browser.
