There is no automatic way to reinstate a voided transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @BACO2.
No need to worry. You can still recreate the voided check by opening it and copying the transaction information, then manually re-entering it.
Here's how you can do it:
- Find and open the voided check.
- At the bottom of the page, click More. Then, choose Audit History.
- The original details of your check, any edits made, and when it was voided will be shown.
- Take note of all the information necessary to re-enter the transaction.
- Proceed to re-create the check and input the necessary information.
Additionally, you can run a payroll report to get an overview of your business finances.
