Since the names entered on the deposit is intended for specific line items, the Statement of Activity Detail report won't display it for it doesn't represent the name of the entry. Also, since the report's primary objective is to show the revenues and expenses of a company, the source will provide details specific to its purpose.
As workaround, you can pull up the Deposit Detail report. This will show all deposits linked to a specific name. Here's how:
- Select the Reports menu and type Deposit Detail in the Search bar.
- Click it to open the report.
- If you want to add customization, just select the Customize button.
