Thank you for getting back to us. Since you still have the same issue, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. This way, they will be able to assist you in real-time. You can also request a screen-sharing session so they can further check the settings in your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks and go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/ Contact Us.
  3. Hit Contact Us. Then, give a brief description of your issue.
  4. Click Continue and sign in to your Intuit account. Tap Continue and then Continue with my account
  5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and hit Continue.
  6. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
