How do I track time as cost to projects for profitability, and hours attached to a service, by the individual's rate and not the service total cost?
We area a consulting firm that sells services at fixed flat rates and those services are listed in QB with those bulk prices. We want to track our time as costs to the project to measure profitability, but when we enter hours and attach to the service, it pulls the billable rate as that bulk price and not the individual's rate. How do we fix this?
