Can you tell me if you use QBO in regions other than the US? I've seen a similar case reported to us. However, this only applies if you're using QBO AU (Australia). Our engineers are currently addressing this issue. Rest assured we'll fix it as soon as possible. For now, please give us a short call so we can add your company details to the list of affected users.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.

 

If you're using QBO US, I still advise contacting our Support Team, as you've already taken the initial troubleshooting steps and encountered the same result. This way. we can investigate why the issue occurred.
