Hi there, McBeng.

I appreciate your returning to the thread regarding your sub-account bank deposits not showing up on your balance sheet filtered by class in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Let's start by reviewing the deposit transaction and checking if a class has been added to it. If not, attach a class to your deposit transaction and then generate a Balance Sheet report to ensure that your deposits are included.

However, if you've already added a class to your deposits, I recommend contacting our QBDT live support team. They discuss and guide you in finding an adequate solution regarding this matter.

To reach our support team, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Open your QBDT account.
  2. At the top of your account, select Help
  3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  4. Click on Contact Us.
  5. Please give a brief explanation of your concern, then press Continue.
  6. Log into your Intuit account. Select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  7. An email with a single-use code will be sent to you. Type in your code and click Continue.
  8. Select whether you want to Chat with us or Have us call you.

In addition, learn how to personalize reports in your QBDT by scanning through this thread: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop

Let me know if you have additional inquiries concerning your deposit transactions in QBDT. Just leave a comment below. I'll be sure to address them in no time.
