RE: Quite baffling the fact that the Intuit/QB "professionals" couldn't cough up that solution themselves. They are supposed to be the experts of their own software, right?

Intuit support people aren't technical and don't really know anything about QuickBooks except what they read in their Q&A system, where they also likely get the pat answers that they copy/paste here on this site.

Many of their answers are either factually wrong or don't address the issues customers are asking about.

Intuit is a big company. Their support is terrible, and that is exactly how they want it to be. If they wanted it to be different, it would be different.
