Right.  So, why couldn't the "experts" at Intuit figure this out rather than waste half of my day and then up-sell me to a service I won't need for two months?

I stand by my earlier assessment that Intuit customer service is disgraceful.

I feel I am owed an apology - and from someone in HQ, who could have avoided this in the first place.
