Custom form style should be displayed under your company, @ruby999.
Ensure you have access to the admin's account to use the custom form style, it's available to all subscriptions. If you're already the admin, I highly suggest doing the basic troubleshooting.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For MS Edge and Mozilla Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Safari, press Shift + Command ⌘ + N.
If you see the menu, you'll want to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. However, If the issue persists, try using a different browser to isolate the problem.
