Hi, @McBeng. We appreciate you for performing troubleshooting steps. I'm here to further help you display your subaccount bank deposits on the Balance Sheet by Class report.

First, ensure that the report filters such as Date and Accounting Method are set correctly.

If the filters are set correctly, you can resolve the issue using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Tool Hub. For the best experience, we recommend using it on Windows 10, 64-bit. I can walk you through the process.

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the latest version (1.6.0.3) of QB Tool Hub
  3. Save the file in an easily accessible location, such as your Downloads folder or Windows desktop.
  4. Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Once installed, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub. If you can't find the icon, search in Windows for QB Tool Hub and select the program.
  7. Use tools such as Company File Issues or Advanced Tools to fix common data issues or QB errors.

For a more detailed guide, you can visit this article: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

In case you want to personalize your reports, you can check out this article for more guidance: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you have any further concerns about displaying your subaccount bank deposit on the Balance Sheet by Class report, feel free to reply. We're here to help in any way we can.
