You can use the duplicate feature to open multiple tabs, houstonwb. Let's go over some details to help you achieve the task in QuickBooks.

There are several ways to open multiple tabs for QuickBooks Online without having to sign in multiple times. Just copy the link and paste it on a new tab or right-click on the tab and select the "Duplicate" option.

Then, make sure that you haven't added or deleted transactions when pulling up reports so that you can compare your reports using multiple tabs.

Also, given that the problem still exists after your troubleshooting efforts, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Support Team. This will help them look into the problem more and suggest other ways to fix it.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
