Sometimes it works, sometime it does not.  This time, the budget amount is in two classes, causing the total budget to double. 

Opened in Google Chrome Incognito mode.  Also cleared the cache beforehand.  

How does QBO handle multiple tabs being open at the same time?  Previously opened several tabs (mostly different reports for the same period) to compare results.
