Hello there, Bryan.

I believe that you're fully aware that adding an aging column to your personalized report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I encourage sending your suggestions directly to our Product Development Team. They will carefully consider this option to ensure it meets your business needs effectively.

To send a feature recommendation, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then tap Feedback.
  2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit your Feedback.

You can trace requests for features through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

As this feature is currently unavailable in QBO, we can export your report to Excel and add the aging column as a workaround. Furthermore, when reviewing the report and you notice some missing data, the file is in a protected view. Just click on Enable Editing to view the full report.

In addition, you can also scan this article to know more about exporting other than reports in QBO: Export your reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online

If you have further inquiries regarding your reports, leave a comment below. I’ll jump back right in to assist you.
