I'll ensure you'll able to generate a report that contains aging details in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bryan.

Adding an Aging column to a report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The program has its own aging report for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable that you can access to view outstanding transactions of your customers or vendors.

You can add other columns and filter the A/R Aging detail report to see all the overdue invoices. I know that you've already accessed this however, since you're unable to add an Aging column to any report, adding further modification might help you see the data you need. When ready, refer to these steps:

  1. Select the Reports menu.
  2. In the Search bar, type A/R Aging Detail Report and click it to open.
  3. Once opened, click the Filter option.
  4. Choose Transaction type in the Filter box, select contains in the Operation field, and type Invoice in the Value bar.
  5. Next, select the Columns option and check the boxes for Due Date and Past Due. You can select other columns you need, reorder the arrangement, and remove those you don't need.
  6. Then, set the correct Report period.
  7. When done, click the Refresh report option to apply the changes and then, click Save As.

You can read this article for reference: Run an accounts receivable aging report.

Additionally, you can send a report you've modified by email on a recurring schedule. For detailed instructions, check out this article: Set schedule and email information for a memorized report.

I'm always here ready to lend a hand if you have other concerns tracking the aging transactions of your customers. Please keep me posted. Have a good one.
