Please know that the category that will show in the Statement of Activity report is the income or revenue account you choose for the transaction and the items in the Product and services. You can follow the steps below to check if you utilize the correct income account:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Products and Services.
2. Locate the item and click Edit.
3. Review and check the category you select in the Income account section.
4. Click Save and close.
   
   

Regarding the pledge under wrong category, you can review the income account in the product/service item of that pledge transaction and make the necessary changes as needed.

Additionally, you can generate various reports to gain valuable insights into your purchases, sales, and inventory status.

Also, customize them to make them personalized and fit your reporting preferences.
