Thanks for reaching out to the Community about your concern, @dollarsanddonuts. I'm here to share some information about the Journal Entries not showing up in reports in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To display your adjustments in the Adjustment Journal Entry reports, it is essential to check the Adjustment Entry box. If the adjustments are not visible in your Adjustment Journal Entry reports, it could be because the checkbox is unchecked. You can refer to the screenshot below for a better understanding.

Alternatively, you can run Transaction Detail by account to view transactions of each specific account. You can also determine the adjusting entry if there's a checkmark under the Adj column. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Accounting and Taxes.
  3. Choose Transaction Detail by Account.

You may want to customize the report to show a particular account. Here's how:

  1. In the Transaction Detail by Account report page, click Customize Report.
  2. Select the Filters tab.
  3. Click Account under the Current Filter Choices.
  4. In the Account drop-down arrow, select the accounts you want to include.
  5. Click OK.
