I understand how important it is to have an option to choose other alternative emails in QuickBooks Desktop, Chris.
For now, having the option to choose multiple emails as your default or main is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use the email address under the CC email or alternative emails found in the Customer's Profile. Please see the screenshot attached:
On the other hand, you can send feedback to let our product team know how this feature is needed for your business. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to the Help option.
- Select the Send Feedback Online option.
- Choose the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
- Enter your feedback suggestion.
- Click the Send Feedback button. The feedback is sent.
Furthermore, QuickBooks provides several reports that you can generate. You'll only have to customize them to ensure you'll get the data you need. I've added this article for more details: Customize Reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
