Help! I am having the same problem, we no longer charge credit card fees but I can't remove the text from my custom invoice template - it does NOT show when I print preview, but it always prints on page two. I have re-created the entire document, re-mapped it & uploaded a new document and it STILL it shows up on the printed invoice.

I cannot find out where this text was entered so I can delete it, but it is not under the above solution, we have no Payments Instructions entered

**(unless my boss has it entered under her log-in and she needs to do it?)
