The option to change the reminder message "Your invoice is ready" is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. If you want this functionality, I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They'll carefully evaluate your ideas and may consider implementing them in future updates.
To submit your ideas, please follow these steps:
- Hover to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Type in your suggestions for product enhancements or feature additions.
- Select Next to submit.

For future reference, if you've received a payment from your customer, it's important to record it in QuickBooks. It will mark the invoices as paid and will make it easier for you to track your outstanding and paid invoices.
