I understand all your frustration regarding the submission of 1099, @greenheronbookkeeping. Let's ensure you're able to submit it in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I've checked our records and found that the investigation of this error is already closed. Therefore, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. By doing so, they can securely access your account and further investigate the problem.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then choose Chat or Callback.
