QuickBooks Online mobile app sometimes fills too much cache, causing malfunctions in some features or slowing down the app. To ensure the app runs efficiently with your phone, we'll need to troubleshoot it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log out of the app and ensure it is updated to avoid interruptions.
  2. Refresh the app using the Refresh Data option from the Help menu to download updates or apply recent changes.
  3. If refreshing the app doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling it to resolve any unexpected behavior. Also, make sure to download any updated security settings.
