BLACK FRIDAY SALE 70% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months* Ends 11/30
Buy nowI have had the same problem consistently (download of any reports to excel leads to a screen full of zeros although there are numbers and formulae in the cells). Different variations of cut and paste seem to solve this glitch on each occasion but it looks like QB has not sorted this out. Thanks to the person who suggested copying into a new sheet - that worked and the new copy is showing the numbers on screen with no problems (I did this with right-click on the tab name, then "move or copy" and just copied the sheet, and the new version is fine) . That's fine for someone like me who only needs it a few times a month for a small number of downloads but isn't really acceptable for what seems to be a long-term problem in QB. I can confirm that I had already, enabled editing and ensured the sheet wasn't protected. QB is the only application that gives me this problem, I regularly use Excel for other purposes.
