Have been trying to contact Quickbooks back office for months to no reply. Foreign customer service reps don't know whats going on. They got an F on BBB. Whats going on?

Have been trying to receive my money from Quickbooks. Any ability to receive funds is put on excessive hold times ( weeks to months ), with reps telling me I CANNOT contact their higher ups or the back-office department to verify pertinent information they need, to give me my funds. You may only talk to a customer service rep who cannot actually give you any help. They tell you they will forward your complain and that's all they can do. They tell you to call Saturday, and then you call Saturday and its closed.

They cite 'security measures' as a reason why your funds are on hold, that will take 3 - 5 business days and that end up turning into MONTHS, with NO CALL BACKS or replies. When you question how did 5 days turn into months they state they're sorry, but they will "escalate" this issue. After you tell them every other rep has escalated the issue, to no help, they just say this time will be better.

They also say the holds are tripped automatically by their tech with no way to override it. They have a system run by faulty AI and reps who don't speak good english and have no clue what their higher ups are doing. They are basically acting as a front to a back office that is engaging in nefarious business. Some American businessman on their board is keeping all the human operation costs in their pockets and giving us who pay for their services, lack of clarity as to whats going on. Your money is basically trapped in their system. They hold your money from a vendor, because of "security issues" and "verification needed," but stonewall you. I've sent them my bank statements over 10 times, verified my social around 6 times, verified my checking accounts 8 times, my id 5 times, my utility bills 3 times, and still no money or answer. I cannot pay bills because of them and they've left me go hungry MANY times. 

I've had over 12 Case Numbers opened and closed with no answer as to why. My guess is they're keeping the funds as long as they can to earn interest off of them. SHADY!

I have all materials documented in the form of screenshots, call recordings and a chat transcripts that would clearly show business negligence.
