Thanks for checking back with us, @TH76.

The QuickBooks Online app also stores cache. This is to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time the files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues such as the one you're experiencing. I'm including some quick troubleshooting steps that you can use to clear the stored cache and refresh the apps data below.

To clear the cache:

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Open your device Settings.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  5. Select clear data.
  6. Power down and restart your device again.

To refresh the apps data:

If you're using an iOS, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.

Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Please let me know if there's anything else that I can assist you with. Take care!
