When I email an invoice, I need to be able to have the terms and conditions automatically be attached to the invoice.  It is a full page of T&C and won't fit in a small text box.  If I email an invoice I don't want to have to remember to paperclip the T&C.  That is not a responsible way to cover legal requirements that could inadvertently be left off.  When I need to add finance charges to an emailed invoice when payment is late or place a lien on property, they need legal notice in the T&C so my rights to collect are protected.  Why can't they be added as a second page to the invoice or be part of the template which would include a seond page for T&C?
