Hello, @angel511.

I'd be glad to help you remove the due date of your invoice in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

You'll want to uncheck the Print Status Stamp box to remove the due date on the emailed invoice.

Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice that you want to send.
  2. Click Formatting on the upper menu.
  3. Click Manage Template.
  4. Select the template.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Uncheck the Print Status Stamp box.

If in case you'll want to reset your email later settings, please check this article for the complete guide: Fix Email Templates Issue in QuickBooks.

If you have further questions about removing due date in your email, you can comment below, and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
