To address the issue, we recommend reaching out again to our customer support team.

Here's how:
 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter "QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Open Sales Order by Customer report " in the field, then choose a way to connect with us.
